At Gloovily, we are proud to offer FREE shipping on all orders!
Order Processing Times
Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched after it’s placed. An order is considered dispatched once it has been handed to our shipping carrier and is en route to your delivery address. During peak times and holidays, processing may take up to 7 -10 business days.
Estimated Shipping Times
The delivery time depends on the overall transit time after your order has been dispatched. This varies based on location. Please see the estimated delivery times based on your country of residence.
Order Changes & Accurate Shipping Details
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure accurate and complete shipping details at checkout. Incomplete or incorrect information may result in delays or cancellation. If we detect an address issue, our support team will contact you via email within 3 business days. If we don’t receive a response within this time, we reserve the right to cancel your order.

Delayed Delivery

Unforeseen circumstances like product availability, address verification issues, or payment delays may also cause shipping holdups. We will notify you promptly if any issues arise.
Please note that Gloovily is not responsible for delays caused by external factors and cannot guarantee an exact delivery date. We will do our best to keep you informed about your order’s status and assist where possible.
Lost or Stolen Packages
While we do everything we can to ensure a smooth delivery process, Gloovily is not liable for lost or stolen packages once they are in the hands of our courier partners. If you experience this issue, please contact us at contactgloovily@gmail.com, and we will assist you.
If your package is lost or stolen, we recommend contacting the courier directly to file a claim. We will also reach out to the courier on your behalf to follow up on the claim and keep you updated.
Please note that lost or stolen packages fall outside our refund policy, but we will work with you to resolve the issue. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement.
